These terms apply to every order placed on xskool.com, whether for physical products (such as our colloidal liquids) or for services (such as one-to-one sessions). Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
XSKOOL is a trading name of Dara Guilfoyle, a business registered in England.
Address: [BUSINESS ADDRESS TO BE ADDED]
Email: daraguilfoyle@gmail.com
If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, or under the consumer law of the country where you live, including Irish and EU law.
2. Our products
Our colloidal liquids are sold on the basis of their composition and specification only. We make no health, medical or therapeutic claims for any product. Product descriptions, historical notes and symbolic or traditional associations are given for interest and education. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using any product.
Product photographs show each element in its pure form. All products are supplied as colloidal liquids. The colour and tint of each batch may vary slightly.
3. Our sessions
Sessions (Cleanse, Restore, Align and Expand, and any mentoring or retreats) are delivered live over Zoom, or in person where agreed. Sessions are offered for personal and spiritual wellbeing and are educational and intuitive in nature. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Wealth sessions are intuitive guidance only and are not investment advice.
After you book, we will contact you by email to arrange a time. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, may be treated as delivered.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro, pounds sterling or US dollars depending on your location, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for the goods or service. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
We may correct obvious pricing errors. If an item was listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address, in which case you will be refunded in full.
6. Delivery
We ship from our facilities in Ireland and England. Delivery options, prices and estimated times are shown at checkout and on our Delivery, Returns & Refunds page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
Orders crossing a customs border (for example between the EU and the UK, or to the USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges in your country. These are set by your country’s authorities, are not included in our prices, and are payable by you.
7. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details, including the exceptions, are set out on our Delivery, Returns & Refunds page.
8. Faulty or damaged goods
If a product arrives damaged, leaking or not as described, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the original delivery charge. This is in addition to your legal rights.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for any use of a product that is contrary to its label or these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Your information
We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All content on xskool.com, including text, artwork, video and course material, belongs to XSKOOL or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland or elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
